Bequests:
Specific -
this is a bequest referring to a specific physical Item such as a
car, furniture or house.
General -
most often this bequest involves a sum of money or a percentage of
value of an asset.
Residual -
After Specific and General Bequests have been made you are left
with a residual. The residual bequest contains the remaining
value or assets after the specific and General Bequests have been
transferred.

It is advisable to seek

details such as family and tax matters accounted for. If you
plan to leave a substantial proportion of you estate to Education
